When I ruled the world, the people were more happy because it did not existe violence, hunger, injustice, terrorism, dictatorship or money. The people could lived in your small groups carefree with some sort of rebuke. The administration was in the hands of each, they chose the world who would like to live. 

The economist was based in small or big exchanges of spices. It's impressive how this model of political worked out because the people were more reliable.

The education was based in parent's education or small room where the people studied with them schedule even if some subjects were mandatory.

In this goverment no one was better than anyone because each person had his role in society. The live was perfect, but everything has an end.
